Just stopped in for a quick introduction. I found this site by mistake but I must say I'm glad I did. Very nice site.I kind of put my love of guns on the back burner for several years as I got more into motorcycling. Thanks to my 8 yr old son pulling out all my old gun books while in the attic getting Christmas decorations, I am going to start putting some more time back into my long lost hobby. As a gift to myself for getting back into it I went out and bought me a Springfield XDM .40. Plan on putting in some range time and doing what I always said I was going to do,get my carry permit.By the way, my name is Darrell and I look forward to getting to know all of you.

Welcome Darrell. Just a little south of you in Blount County..but that is just where I sleep. I am fairly new here myself, but I find myself on this site way too much. I have already benefited from the knowledge of these guys here.
