OK so here is the deal I have a nickel plated 44 special New Century Hand Ejector AKA (The Triple Lock) I don't have any use for it, But I can't think of anything that I really want or need. From the research I've done on the net I think this pistol is worth quite a lot. So hear is the question if you had something like this would you sit on it or would you turn it into something you would shoot or multiple somethings :woohoo:.

Unless I had a need for the money I'd keep the S&W because once sold it's gone forever. What your not considering is a child or grandchild who may later treasure this piece of history. However, the person best capable of making this choice is you and if your married it would be prudent to include your spouse.

Keep it...for now... because I don't have the money to make you an offer! Seriously...I can't think of a gun I have sold that I didn't later wish I had back for some reason or another. That would be a great family heirloom to pass down someday.

Assuming it hasn't been refinished, that appears to be a nice, honest old gun. For a nominal fee, Mr. Roy Jinks, the Smith and Wesson historian, will provide you with a letter stating when the revolver left the factory, where it was shipped, and what configuration it was when shipped. It will also state if the gun has ever been sent back for repair work. The letter would be a nice addition whether selling or keeping it.
