Nothing serious, but do you ever have days like these?

Earlier in the morning you trip over your feet and fall down the stairs. A few hours later while at the gym, you hit your elbow so hard on a piece of equipment that it brings tears to your eyes. Not three minutes after hitting your elbow you are not paying attention while racking some weights and drop a 25 lb plate on your small toe.

For some reason or another I am determined to hurt myself today. I am beginning to think I should have stayed in bed.

Sometimes, I just stop and regroup and try to stop getting banged up.

A few years ago I didnt have days like that, I had a whole lifetime like that lol. Finally learned how to get out of my own way though, life is now good . Still have a rough day every now and then, but its manageable, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, smile and keep going, thats all you can do.

I avoid gyms like the plague, so I don't have days like that.
