So now 13 guns is "hoarding" and if you have more than a couple thousand rounds you are a nut. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,346788,00.html

HOMESTEAD, Fla. — The brother of a 20-year-old South Florida man charged with threatening to re-enact the Virginia Tech massacre says he never intended to hurt anyone.

Vincent Wong says he brother, Calin Chi Wong, just had a stockpile of assault weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition at his Homestead home for investment purposes. He says Wong traded the weapons like "Pokemon" cards.

Police say Calin Chi Wong had 13 firearms in all, including two sniper rifles, more than 5,000 rounds of ammunition, some that could pierce armor, and 100 rounds in a feeding clip with bullets meant to take down aircraft or military machines.

Police say he made the threat over the Internet after he felt he was ripped off in a gun deal.

Homestead is about 30 miles south of Miami.

It's simply ignorant for anyone to make any such comments, but as a gun owner, you'd have to be doubley ignorant. That's unless you don't mind the government taking away all your guns over it.

Being a gun owner, I'm very careful as to what type of comment I make out of anger, or even jokingly.

Something about the story is wrong.

1. It is against paypal rules to use paypal to pay for a gun.

2. There is also the thing about $7500 bond. If this guy is such a threat why is the bond so low?

His name was Wong...I bet my asian brother had some Dragunovs and AKs ;-D Yeah making threats over the internet is none too bright....much better to do it in person.

"A good way to threaten somebody is to light a stick of dynamite. Then you call the guy and hold the burning fuse up to the phone. 'Hear that?' you say, 'That's dynamite, baby." -Jack Handy

What are these magic rounds you speak of? Whatever happened to facts?

Feeding clip sounds like something used to automatically feed chickens. Armor piercing are probably FMJ's, too.
