Santa brought me RotoRooter at 9PM last night when our down stairs bathroom flooded with about 1-2" of backed up ick! All the up stairs worked and drained, we just didnt know it was draining on the down stairs bathroom floor!

Money from the grandparents. Haven't been to the parent's house yet but most likely more money. I'm difficult to shop for. :D

I got the nano that I had already tested a bit, a strange chess puzzle game/solitaire, and skyrim! Also a few gift cards at sportsmans warehouse, and some diet-breaking treats.

I got 2 boxes of the Winchester 333, 22lr, another mag for my Ruger MK III, a bottle of Jim Beam, and gift card. Still have to go to inlaws, next weekend, probably get another brick of 22's, thats what the FIL usually gets me. So I should be stocked up on 22's for awhile, besides I already have a couple of bricks in the safe now. lol. never to many right?

My wife gave me the only present I really expected. ('Nother twelve months free rent.) Otherwise, zilch. Maybe next year, if the finances are better. :D

Hope everyone else got good stuff!

Some Wilson Combat 1911 parts.

Brother got me a liter of Jack Daniels Single Barrel.

And money from parents and grandparents. I'm hard to buy for, so that works great for me.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Timestepper - I hear ya about the rent! Nice one. I'm in the same boat. My wife and I are fortunate enough to get pretty much what we want when we want it although we are not wealthy. Some years ago we decided to take what we would spend on each other and give it to several local charities. We have tried to get our kids to do the same. I get more satisfaction out of that than anything as it seems the older I get the less I need/want.

Hope all of you enjoy Christmas and His birth.

God Bless +

Nashville Predators gear, Autographed pucks, Fluke 28II meter and case, and other things, but the best gift of all was being home for Christmas and seeing the expressions and joy on the faces of my family when they opened their gifts!

Got to skype a bit with the family for a bit this morning, watched my daughter open a few gifts. Santa brought her some touch screen leapfrog thing among other things. My wife got a new Dyson that she has been wanting. My wife sent me CODMW3 however forgot to include my computer in the package so I guess I have to wait a few more months to play it. My real presents will come in a few months, new gun safe (Browning SR42F from The Safe House) and pistol (Ruger Alaskan .454 or RIA Tactical 2011) early this spring.

Just happy I got to see my daughters face light up with the presents.

Then, the reloading elves slipped me a new Forster press, Hornady OAL gauge and bullet comparator, and an upgrade for my Redding sizing die. If those elves could cook... :)

My five year old Morgan made out like a bandit this year....basically all the toys / dolls / games she has been asking to get for the last 2 months!!!

My 4 month old Brooklyn got plenty of clothes / some stuffed animals / dolls / and misc baby gear

My wife and I decided this year that we were NOT USING ANY PLASTIC (credit cards!) and that we would get the kids (including nieces/nephews) (and other family) gifts then we would look at finances and see if we could get anything for us. Well with all the OT i was able to rack up the last few months we were able to have A DEBT FREE CHRISTMAS!!! everyone received plenty of gifts and the wife and I got to sit back and watch all the happiness and joy.

HOWEVER..........Santa must have liked what we did and brought my wife some sexy leather boots, a baby carrier/harness and a book.

and brought me 2 Mosin Negants. He must have planned that with my FIL because I also ended up w/ a ton of Mosin ammo and some targets!!!

It is more blessed to give then to receive. Being a father of two I find myself at the stage where all I want is for my girls (wife included) to get what they want and to be happy.

God has been overwhelmingly good to my family this year.

The greatest gift is not UNDER the tree....it was ON THE tree!!!

God bless you guys/gals...Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I got a wood scale model of a catapult and a pair of Levi's 501.

Was good enough for me. I grew up in a strict household as a child, military/religion discipline, and I never had a pair of Levi's. As I got older it was just something I went on about. I have dozens of pairs of jeans, but never Levi's.

I mentioned this to my wife some months ago when we were having a hard time.

She got me some Levi's. Complete with button fly.

I got her a Kindle.

Sadly enough they were nearly the same price.
