I just ran out of everything so I did some research and decided to change a few things.

Hoppe's No. 9

Hoppe's M-Pro 7 LPX Gun Oil

Superlube Multipurpose Synthetic Based Grease

I would like to know what everyone else is using.

I can't remember the name but there was this cleaner/lube that is supposed to be awesome and doesn't leave a slippery residue, used by the military, etc. Came in a white bottle. Not a major player like Hoppes but a smaller company. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Also, look at Mil-Com, it's not that.

Thanks,

John

Good stiff bristle tooth brush, boresnake (per caliber), dental picks, some shop rags, Rem Oil, Shooters Choice copper solvient (as needed), brake cleaner (non-clorinated).

If I can't get it with all that I need to disassemble it further.

Shooter's Grease

Breakfree CLP

Breakfree Powerderblast

The all caliber gun cleaning kit from Walmart

A Hoppes cloth I got from Gander Mountain that keeps the finish looking shiny

Nytrile Gloves

Microfiber Cloths

Some Toothbrushes but I need to get some stiffer bristles as they don't work that well

A basic kit + 3 in 1 oil, rem oil spray, a dowel rod (its just easier sometimes than screwing together all the rods and adapters), q tips, paper towels, hoppes 9, several treated rags (silicone? I forget, they are old), and a jewelers flathead screwdriver that can pull the gunk out from under the extractor claws. I have some sort of grease but I forget what.

Militec ?

That's it! Thanks, anyone have any reviews for Miltec?

Also, just got a kit for Christmas that seems pretty awesome.

I used a smaller Otis kit for my M4/M9 while in Afghanistan and I really liked it so I got the big kit to handle a large variety of calibers and types of guns. Good quality parts and well thought out kits.
