Getting any blades for Christmas or planning on getting anything new next year?

Kinda been thinking of buying a Bowie or another Hawk.

My FIL got me a SOG Fasthawk. Its really nice. Well balanced, easy to handle, throws great. It was pretty sharp out of the box, but I had to hone it some to get it to bite into the tree that was my target. The sheath is really nice, except for the belt loop which will not work with my 2" wide belt, a 1.5" will fit though. The sheath has snaps to keep the hawk secured. The handle is a composite material and the blade is sunk into the handle and bolted into place with two bolts. There is also a steel ferrule to enhance the strength of that area.
