Whats the value of this rifle?

I have a like new ruger m77 mark II .270 with the SS barrel and synthetic(sp?) stock. It has a tasco scope mounted on it. It's an older model with the indented stock. I think its about 8 years old but still looks new. It's had maybe 50 rounds through it. Probably less than that. I'm just wondering what it might be worth. I know this is the wrong time of the year to sell a deer rifle though.

According to the Blue Book, if it's a Model K77 RFP Mk II (stainless - all weather), in 100% condition $480, down to $185 in 60% cond. That's the rifle without the scope, add another $50 or so for the scope.

It's supposed to be the light weight model. It doesn't say it on the gun anywhere though. That's kinda around the price I was thinking.
