Wonder what the interest rate is? Or should I say vig?

It would be interesting to see the terms - to make money on small loans like these, either the upfront fees are high, the rate is huge, or most likely, both. Big +1 for cash, and +1000000 for not spending money you don't have!

It's not "financing" so there's no repo. It's a high rate credit card through them... like they try to get you to buy a TV with at the box stores.

I'd be interested in seeing the actual prices for each gun. Here's betting they charge least double retail for the convenience of that "low" monthly payment

Yep. Screams Rent-A-Center for guns.

According to the prices they are probably about 1/3-1/2 more expensive when financing. Glock 19 is $59 a month for I'll assume 12 months. So that makes the cost $708. Considering most Glock 19's can be had for $500 they are pretty expensive.

It is not something I would do but it is not an awfully bad deal for those who can't afford a gun right now but can afford the payment. Sometimes there are instances where a person needs to have a gun but can't afford it.

If I don't have the money for something I want then I don't buy it. If there is something I need, not want, and can't afford it I go to a bank and get a loan. That way there isn't any of the open ended credit card payments haunting me or the outrageous interst rates of some of the other places.
