Be aware that the link on the legislature website is incorrect, and pulls up the feed from the wrong room. This one should work:

Yes, I noticed that as well, it should be in LP31, but the camera icon pulls up LP30.

They are bouncing around from item to item, they are not going in order, they did roll the restaurant carry and I ASSUME, to the afternoon session that starts in an hour. I'm guessing they are going to go to lunch shortly...we will see.
