I had to give up the nog, would gain 5 lbs or more every year when it comes out, drink a quart a day. If they made it year round would have to join the fair as the fat freak.

I never had any homemade I liked as well as Mayfield.

I never get enough eggnog and it's usually gone before I

get to it. A little Jack usually helps with it, well whatever

is on the liquor cart.

I gain those 5 lbs at the buffet when everyone's

looking. I ain't proud.

I have been using the Silk Soy Nog. It is great and much lower in sugar and fat. Goes great with Crown

 Eggnog and custards are one of the only high calorie items that I cannot tolerate. The consistency is the killer for me, reminds me of a glass of snot! It is a shame to waste good booze in it.

I enjoy the Southern Comfort Eggnog available in the grocery stores. I don't add any alcohol to it.

we sell two eggnogs. Of course they are both spiked. Nasty stuff IMHO.

One is chocolate eggnog. Was a good presell but not so much yet on reorders.

I dunno how you drink the stuff. ewww

The Southern Comfort Eggnog is very good. Outside of that and homemade eggnog, I prefer boiled custard. The other brands of eggnog available at the grocery store are awful IMO.

They are both nauseating to me. I am really not a picky eater, but it is something about the texture that gets to me. Is one or the other served warm at times?

Does the stuff you sell have to be refrigerated? All the stuff at the liquor store around here are just sitting on the shelves. I've never bought any but have always wondered if they even had cream/milk/dairy in them?

As far as the poll, I don't drink much of either. Eggnog would be the one if I had to choose though.

Custard can be served warm.... or warm and poured on a slice of pound cake :)

Yeah, someone tried to get me to try some that was warm. I never muched cared for it to start with, but then it becomes a thick, warm, creamy liquid. Too much for me :)

I grew up drinking homemade eggnog (virgin) and to this day enjoy it in both styles; I do not think it would feel right putting the lights on the tree without it.

Boiled custard no booze. I like it.

Either one is fine with me. But I do like a little whiskey in eggnog. Not a lot, just a touch for the taste.

Yep. Eggnog is OK with me, as long as it tastes like alcohol :D. Mine gets at least a shot, usually more.
