Wish I could find my redfish pics (on the fly) from Destin. My buddy and I caught and released 160 bonefish in six days. That was fun! The 'cuda was a real bonus.

For bonefish, redfish (and even bass) I use a Sage Xi2 in 8 weight. The reel is a Tibor Everglades loaded with Cortland "Bonefish Taper" WF9F. I use Umqua "Big Game" fluorocarbon leaders and tippet in 16# and 20#.

I tied about a hundred flies for that trip - and they only wanted to eat two styles. One was a pink/tan version of the Clouser (size 2). The other one I got out of Dick Brown's book, "Bonefish Fly Patterns." It is called a Hoochy Caucci, which resembles a Crazy Charlie with a fur tail (size 2).
