Didnt get a chance to get to DMV today will go Tomorrow ( Now where is that 47 year old Birth Certificate at )

didnt start missing the center group till out at 25 yards only one in class to shoot a 100 though

will update on Dates as they pass till i get permit in hand

from weeks ago with my son shooting new ar and sighting optics from 100 yards wouldn't dought some of those were ours LOL

Went to DMV Last Friday, Had Fingerprints done today so its a wait and see now.

I do work for the Sheriffs office in Dickson County told the girls that do the background checks to let me know when they saw mine come through.. they said sometimes they get them and they are dated almost 2 months old by the time they get their paperwork from the state so i guess if fingerprints come back clean the state goes ahead and issues the permit and not wait on local background.

Update, had to send some paperwork in 2 weeks ago from an arrest over 25 years ago that the courts never sent a disposition in on was not guilty didnt even know it was still on my record, so I got it expunged and mailed TDOS a certified copy, I called yesterday to check to see if they had received it they said yes and i was cleared and Permit was issued and I should see it in a week to 10 days

Mail Lady just ran and my permit was in the mail, shows it was issued on 1-12-12, so just a little over a month to get here with all the state holidays and such pretty good turn around time.
