stopped by sportsmans yesterday and they had a ruger sp101-22lr. it followed me home. i went to the range today and shot 300 rds. no problems, it worked great. just another great toy. that leaves an alaskan 454c on my list.

when you get the alaskan get me one too! congrats on the new addition. cant beat ruger revolvers.

it was $540. it was the 2nd one they had received in the store.

The SP-101 is a really good ideal for Ruger and should do really well for the company. It's one of those gun's that make's a lot of sense to have.

I'm a bit jealous. I really want to pick one of these up (along with one of the first run guns) but its not in the cards financially for a while. Maybe in 2012.
