i have been ready alot on making grips latley and i figured id give it a shot.

i stopped by the local lumber store and picked up some lacewood

will updated as i progress.

:) The Lace wood will look really good on your 1911. What kind of finish do you plan to put on it? I have not worked with Lace wood so I can't give any advice, "not that you need it".
