Also I have never seen a Glock 32 in the hands of THP. The troopers get a 31 and 33.

(Ret.)Col. Mike Walker was wearing one at speech one time but he may have been the only one.

Centerville PD carry a Beretta PX4 in .40. I was at the 911 center when an officer was more than willing to pull his loaded firearm to show it to me and wave it around the room.

I don't what's more sad, that behavior or the fact that I am not the least but surprised.

Correction to the list. Cumberland County Sheriff's Department Road Officers carry the Glock 21. Investigators carry the Glock 30. Crossville Police Department carries Sig P229 in 40 S&W.

The Bartlett PD gun is correct (P226), but the caliber should be .357 Sig, not .40 S&W.

Also, University of Memphis Police carries the same P229 DAK in .40 as Memphis P.D.

I talked to a Security officer @ the Y-12 facility in Oak Ridge and they recently switched to Sig P226. Great post. Very interesting.
