I'm amazed that Chatt State has it's own force...

Just the main Campus as it's pretty large and I think its only like 9 officers plus some unarmed security

I would say it's about 20% and Chattanooga is a pretty large Department. I'm surprised at how few 9mm remain.

If I'm not mistaken, Berry Hill PD: Glock G22/G23.

It's really odd that there is no 45GAP's in Tennessee when Georgia And Florida agencies use them so much.

Tennesseans are smart enough not to use a dead caliber.

What about Vanderbilt PD?

I was thinking one time I had heard Sig's of a 40S&W flavor but I'm waiting to hear from others

Coffee County and Franklin County use Glock 22

I bought a Glock 26 from a Franklin County officer, he said they wouldn't let him carry it as a backup gun. He was selling is to buy a 27.

Lawrenceburg PD uses the Glock 22 and Lawrence County Sheriff uses the Glock 31. MTSU police uses M&P ____. IIRC Fisk University Police use Security Six.

Goodlettsville PD carries Sig P220's. The SWAT team has Springfield XD 45's. They can also carry whatever they can qualify with.

Robertson County Sheriffs Department has HK USP 45's.

White House PD carries Glock 22's.

Ridgetop PD is issued Glock 21's, but can carry anything that they qualify with.

At least one of Goodlettville's detectives carries the Sig 250. I commented on it the other day in court because it was the first time I'd seen it as a PD carry gun.

I doubt we will see any in the hands of uniformed due to the fact there are almost no retention duty holsters for p250's. I have looked and haven't found much that appeals to me.

That why I put in there that they can carry whatever they qualify with. They are issued the Sig and the XD though.

By the way both the Sumner County Sheriff's Office and Gallatin PD carry Glocks in .40 but I don't know their cute little Glock numbers.

Couple of corrections....

Shelbyville PD switched to HK USP 45 and 45 compact.

Columbia PD HK 45 USP.

TDOC IA Glock 23

TBI has Glock 23 and 27 to field agents and choice of 23 or 27 to forensic scientists. Just switched over to GEN 4.

Also I have never seen a Glock 32 in the hands of THP. The troopers get a 31 and 33.
