I have to admit, I got a little nervous the more I looked at the pics. I'm in home repair and it'd never occur to me to call up those sorts of short cuts.

Then there's that famous southern phrase: "Hey Bubba, watch this!!!"

Some may say you forgot the "hold my beer" part. However, it's been my experience that beer does not have to be part of the equation for the good ole boys.

Indeed! That is the crux of the problem-- It always does!

It is hard to rank them, though the ladder tricks seem most ingenius.

The fellow with the ladder set up on desks, concrete blocks, and an electric meter might deserve a Wyle E Coyote invention award. And he is observing proper safety rules by not standing on the top rung of the ladder!

I'm proud to say that I know someone that has a homemade "car lift" like the one pictured.

It's perfectly safe... ;)

And the motorcycle doughnut in living room pic makes me jealous! I want that in my living room!

That reminds me of that scene in that Cheech and Chong movie

Yeah, I was going to quote that one and ask what the problem was there. The only thing I could think of was the tire smoke haze. Might need better ventilation next time.
