Recording Range scores

Wondering if anyone has or knows of programs to record range scores. I would like to find a means to scan in a target

and then mark hits. Want to see progression or lack there of from practice or training. Can take laptop to range and make entries. If not able to do this maybe a means to record scores. Guess could fall back to photo target and download. Thought this would help see if groupings improve as well as scores. Have never kept or paid much attention to scores before. Thought we could work on accuracy as well as draw, movement, missfire drills, etc.

We have our own range on our property, so we have plenty of opportunity. Any info, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Feel free to move to another forum if I have put this in the wrong one.
