Heard Sandusky on a phone interview with Costas this morning. Of course he denied.

Also heard an account that Mcqreary says he did intervene in the shower incident.

I was getting ready and heard parts of it, but he said all that was just "horseplay". He also said, when asked about his gentitles coming in contact with one of the boys was an accident, and if it made the boy feel uncomfortable, that he is sorry for it....Um WTF are you doing taking a shower with a 10-11 year old late at night???? He said the shower deal was purely innocent, that they were showering together, they were chasing each other snapping towels at each other. Umm, again, why are you taking a shower with a 10-11 year old? I've got a 9 year old son, who is mine, I've changed his diapers when he was a baby, etc, and I'm not taking a shower with him. This guy is so far removed from reality that I'm not sure if he knows what is reality and what is not. Might be his defense.

something doesn't sit right with this whole mess. McCreary's testimony is changing. First it was he saw something in the shower, and reported it to JoePA, now it's changed to he saw Sandusky attacking a child sexually, tried to intervene and then reported it to JoePA, but did not go to the authorities. This just strikes me weird, if I see a child getting raped, to hell with the chain of command, I'm calling the cops, then reporting it to my bosses AFTERWARDS.

I think McCreary is lying. Not defending Sandusky, but I'll reserve judgement on his guilt/innocence until after the trial. There's something else at play here, but I'm not sure what it is, but I don't think the entire story has been told, someone's hiding something, possibly protecting someone else and making Sandusky the scapegoat? I don't know, but the truth eventually comes out, and it's somewhere to be found in the middle of this cluster of a mess.

"They have other people who are saying they saw something, but they don't have actual people saying, 'This is what Jerry did to me,' " Amendola said. "We're working to find those people, and when the time comes, and if we are able to do that, we think this whole case will change dramatically."

if Sandusk'y attorney's statement is true, and Sandusky truly is innocent, Penn State is going to have an even bigger **** storm to deal with after the trial is over. Potentially a defamation suit, false accusation, emotional pain and suffering.

I'm beginning to think the Prosecution let the cart get ahead of the horse. Seems like all they have is one eye witness testimony (McCreary), and some he/she said stuff. No physical evidence, no DNA, no video or audio, no pictures found. Seems purely circumstantial to me.

I'm really not sure what Sandusky's attorney is talking about in regards to the comment he made last night about no one coming forward and saying Jerry did this to me, according to the Grand Jury reported, many victims have testified. Before now I hadn't read the GJ report.

interesting by JoePa, but I'm not sure how moving his assets into his wife's name would prevent him from being sued? Lawsuits can go after him and his wife because martial assets are "shared" under the law pertaining to marriage.

wonder what other weird and suspicious things will turn up in all this. one thing's for sure, this is definitely deeper than Sandusky, could potentially implicate some very very important people as the investigation continues.
