For us, it's a 7 pound pork butt that's I rubbed down with some Bad Byron's rub yesterday. It's been cooking since 8:30 this morning. Mmm, mmm good!

This is what's cookin' for us: Slow smoked beer-in-the-rear chicken with hard cider substituted for the beer, dusted with rosemary/garlic "magic dust" & Corona soaked, roasted-in-the-husk corn on the cob. MMmmm!

I hate you all ! Wifes out of town for the week I'm too lazy to go get something or cook real meal( I'm the cook) so leftover homemade pizza or beans and taters.

the warden made a big as pot Cincinnati Chili for dinner today, that stuff kicked my butt. It was wonderful.

She also had a big pot of beans going with some big old hunk of ham bone simmering in it for tomorrow.

can't wait to be hungry again. There ought to be corn bread ready to soak up some butter. Can't wait.

I have tried to make kimchee and just don't like how it turns out for me; I guess I was spoiled by the Korean restaurant back up north.

Bear Creek Beef. The wife and I went to the farmers market in Franklin yesterday and picked up a couple of strips. It was without a doubt the best steak I've ever eaten.

It has been a couple years since I got up to a Red's game, but it is hard to beat a Skyline chili dog. Gotta go next year.
