Will you get reported for buying 2 lowers at the same time?

I know what you're saying, but there is no such thing

as "registering" except those NFA items. I have a

lower that says "Registered Pistol" on the side of

the lower. I bought it not really knowing it was just

marketing. Just make sure you are as dumb as I

was and make sure it is virgin and never had a

rifle stock on it and don't worry about the AR15.com

kiddies that will argue a rock is actually a turnip. I

wonder if some of them know what a gun is.

I'm sure you will be fine with your unregistered

AR pistol.

What I really like on adverts most is "All NFA rules

apply". Some dumb rules for law abiding citizens, eh?

Actually it used to be you could designate a lower

as "other" when transferring. I don't know if that has

changed. Deferring that to a FFL holder.

Yeah, I have no desire to get one or build one, I just thought when a weapon was manufactured there was some requirement to designate a firearm as a rifle or pistol.

I'm picking up 8 lowers on Tuesday. Picked up 6 a few months ago. There were no problems and the were all done as other. some have become pistols, some rifles and some still sitting but when they are cheap I get a few to hang onto in case people get crazy next year at the election. If so my $49 lowers will become $149 lowers available.
