need help IDing awards off of DD214

My father recently passed away, And we are trying to put together a memorial/shadow box of his military awards.

here is what I have from his DD214, there may be a few more, but this is what I have gotten from my brother.

served USAF ---April 1966 to Feb 1970 rank SGT--honorable discharge

commendations: NDSM AFM 900-3

VSM w/1BSS AFM 900-3

RVCM AFM 900-3

AFCM SOG-797, 7thAF, 1969

AFGCM (20 APR 66-19 APR 69)

AFM 900-3

NDSM= National Defense Service Medal

VSM (1 BSS)= Vietnam Service Medal w/ 1 bronze star

RVCM= Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal

AFGCM= Air Force Good Conduct Medal

AFCM= Air Force Commendation Medal

Not sure about AFM and some of the other numbers.

AFM 900-3 is the Air Force Manual that describes the requirements. It may answer all your questions, if you can find it.
