Benefactor Status Question

The last time that I checked my benefactor status it said that I was good until May of next year. I can no longer remember or figure out how to check that status within my profile other than to see that the icon is still there, but when going into the classified section I am seeing a Msg that says that I do not have the status to be there?

As I stated, the benefactor logo is still appearing under my screen name. I just did a post in the test section today to make sure.

If I do need to renew please just advise and I will be glad to do so. I do however need to know for certain as Pay-Pay has of late been charging the wrong card so I will probably have to call them so that they get the right one. I do want to remain as a supporter of the site.

I have used the classifieds to purchase several things and have had nothing but excellent results. I have not as of yet tried to sell anything but I am thinking about maybe selling a couple pieces in the near future, but even if I didnt use the classifieds I would still want to help support the site.

So please let me know if I need to renew and or why I am seeing that Msg. It did just start showing up today as far as I know, today is at least the first time that I have noticed it.

I would also like to post some positive feedback for the folks that I have done business with in the past before the month is up but I have not yet seen the instructions on how to do so. I will check back in as soon as I can and get that done. I just do not have the time at the moment to look for the instructions.

Thanks for the great site and all that you folks do along with any help you can give me with this situation. I am just a bit confused which is pretty normal for me anyway;)

EDIT: After making this post I see that now the Icon is no longer there? Please advise?

I will check and see what the software says. Benefactor memberships are automatically activated and deactivated by the forum software; I hardly if ever look at them personally. If it's deactivated I suspect your term has simply expired.

Looks like it ran from Nov 8 last year until Nov 8 this year (yesterday).

Go to the individuals profile , click on the iTrader tab, in the box below the rating stuff you will see submit feed back, click on that and answer all the questions, hit submit

Perhaps he doesn't have online access to his bank account to check the test deposits PayPal makes and will have to talk to someone at the bank.

Otherwise I agree signing up is pretty much automated.

Oh, to verify bank info, makes sense I guess.

I just always use credit card with PayPal. Matter of fact, I use credit card for everything possible in life, to get kickback.

That is just my guess.

I have my bank account attached to my PayPal as me a credit cards had a bad ride several years ago...and I'm just not ready to be back on that horse again...lol

Well that is kinda sorta it, but not really.

My bank isnt the problem it is and always has been pay-pal. They have always for years on end messed up pretty much every transaction that I have done with them, just why ? I have no idea but I do end up having to call someone at pay-pal pretty much every time I use them.

I think I have finally gotten this one through though and I have a conformation # of 5JW30060FH084121C. I just got the transaction completed today as I had forgotten. When one is almost as old as O'whats his name these things do happen.

The email may or may not match the one I used last time and the payment will show as being from my wifes account although it really isnt...that is just one of the many wacky things that I have to deal with when using pay-pal. Hopefully it will all go through and I will get my fancy TN map back under my name.
