My new 'YOTE gun!

So I just happened to be looking for a new gun the other day when I stroll into my local gun shop and see this sitting on the shelf and the guys begins to tell me about it...long story short it was love at first sight!!

She is a T/C Venture in .223.. topped off with a bushnell 4-12X40 banner...

Here is the rifle...

and here is what she will do at the range...

This is 100 yards with different loads...found out she loves Hornady 52 gr BTHP...

and this is at 200 yards with some different loads to see what they would do...still loving the Hornady's...

What do you guys think? I'm gonna take her out coyote hunting on thursday morning hopefully!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but just out from smith:

During an internal technical review, Smith & Wesson determined that some of the sears used on Venture rifles produced from August 1, 2011 to October 28, 2011, may not have been manufactured to specification. Because the sear is an important part of the firing mechanism, we are asking that all of the rifles produced during this time period be returned to Smith & Wesson so that the firearm can be inspected by our technicians to ensure that the rifle operates in a safe and appropriate manner.

You might want to check with them on that gun

Thanks for the heads up!! I'm sending in my registration card and the card for my rebate so I'll inquire about that!
