As a platform software engineer, you will develop new features and improve existing features for the M3 CMS and its APIs. You will also develop and automate data consumptions services. You will be exposed to a variety of high profile clients in a high volume, high availability environment. If you have not been previously exposed to such an environment, it is a great opportunity to cut your teeth.

Required skills and experience:

7+ years writing apps using C# and the .NET Framework

5+ years developing apps driven by Microsoft SQL Server

3+ years developing
applications

3+ years utilizing web services and/or RESTful APIs

2+ years working with IIS 7.0+

Most work well with others

Strong troubleshooting skills

Strong, effective communication skills

Desirable, but optional skills and experience:

A keen eye for optimization

Load testing

Unit testing

High availability or high volume IIS production environment experience

Windows Server 2008 administration

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 administration

JavaScript

CSS

Wish list skills:

IPhone or Objective-C development experience

Android or Java development experience

Inversion of Control (IoC) or Managed Extensibility Framework
