Just got home. Whew, what a week. Got to New Jersey in time for the aftermath of the snow. (pics later).

Anyway, while in Jersey, I had the best BBQ ribs I've ever tasted. Guy who owns the place traveled to TX to learn how to do it right.

Also, got some grips from a fellow on the S&W board. For my NTM 4006, (pics later).

I've got a good friend doing his emergency services thing up there now. I think this week he's set up in a school gymnasium as an EMT, or something. Was it really that bad?

The roads were clear of most of the snow. Some were shut off because of downed trees. Still lots of people without power when I left Friday.

Yeah, he was telling me about the power outages, and how he started an volunteer group of his friends from the fire department (he's a LT) on a "Chainsaw Brigade" to cut all the tree limbs from people's cars and houses, and shovel the walkways for the elderly. I don't miss Wisconsin
