Hey everyone quick question. About two years ago I took the carry/safety class with reserve jonesborough officer Bishop. I got my certificate and went to apply for hcp but somehow had lost my birth certificate. I remember that he said the certificate expired in 6 months. He said if anyone did not file in time to contact him and he would give us a new certificate. I now have my BC back and finally the money to spare to apply but I will need to either retake the course or get in touch with Mr bishop. Does anyone know him or know of any classes that are given in the fall?
