I'm over at GaPacking these days (used to work with Rightwinger and Smith). Picked up the link over there and sent it to Rightwinger. Y'all enjoy the continuing saga!

Looks like someone has a death wish. You know, I can recall many "headliners" posting pictures of themselves before they became infamous.

All silliness aside from actually open carrying a suppressed pistol, and the fact that he's in KY, is that legal in TN? I didn't see it in the codes anywhere, but I could have missed it.

Says he's gonna go like this inside Kentucky capitol building in Jan.

I wish him the best of luck and a speedy recovery from the multiple fresh gunshot wounds he would likely acquire.

Since he lost his HCP, would it do any good to write a very polite letter to all other permit-issuing states to notify them of his loss? Perhaps we should get "reciprocity" fully recognized in all states for him...

That's a thought! I wonder what is the most effective and efficient way to make this happen!

You don't need a permit to open carry in KY.

Is it in fact illegal to carry a "pistol" in the KY Capitol Bldg? Just an honest question as I have no idea or frankly could care less but Lenny, as we all know, does do his homework before pulling one of his stunts.

It is legal to carry in the Capitol Building.

So it is legal and the State Police knows he's coming. Where's the fun in that?

Carrying or OCing in the Capital Building is one thing, but to walk in with your pistol unholstered and in hand I'm sure is another.

He's going to go in there with a AR pistol slung across his chest?

He'll be going to jail at the least.

The fun is in preventing Leonard from generating his encounter. When he first mention this plan months ago, I communicated with some LEO friends I have in Kentucky. They said when he gave more details, let them know and they would get the ball rolling with KSP.

Well, he did, and they did. KSP will be prepared. I hope they give him the attention he deserves - NONE!!
