Just picked one up on Saturday. Thought I'd give ya'll the rundown. My initial thoughts on the construction of the holster was that it was far more durable that the pictures would lead you to believe. In fact, it wasn't until I actually handled the holster that I was able to appreciate the durability of the holster. It's made out of horsehide, and has a fair amount of shape retention. It isn't reinforced, so it will collapse on itself, but the horsehide itself is pretty stiff, so re-holstering is quite easily done.

It rides very low, so concealment is exceptional. There is some compromise on accessibility, and presenting the firearm is a bit difficult as the pistol rides so low on the waistline. It's very comfortable, and extremely concealable - the tuck-able strut adds even more to it's concealment factors.

I'd say that this holster is ideal for deep concealment. As far as rating the holster, it goes something like this:

Construction - 4/5 - The horsehide is sturdy and well finished. All the seams and edges are clean. The only reason why it doesn't get 5/5 is that belt hook is kind of a flimsy plastic - not poorly or cheaply , but plastic none the less.

Design - 3/5 - The hook appears to ideally fit a 1.25' belt, so i'm assuming that the holster is designed to be worn with business clothing (suit, etc...). It fits a 1.5" belt also, but will ride even lower than it already does. This makes it difficult to present the weapon. I don't think that it is realistic to imagine being able to quickly present your weapon in a reactive situation. I'm sure that with enough practice, this should smooth itself out, but is proving to be a real challenge on the front end.

Concealment - 5/5 - This holster makes your weapon invisible in an IWB situation.

I've handled one.

Gotta be honest, IMNSHO, meh. Maybe okay for twenty bucks but certainly not for $55+.

Not molded/boned for custom fit to gun, no cant. No deeper carry than a better holster with double attachments off sides on "wings". Still has the drawback of attachment point being at the already thickest part of the holster/gun rather than off sides.

But I hope it works for you. Tuckability with mostly hidden clip are good points, though I've never had much luck tucking any size gun.
