John Seiver shotgun range

Is the shotgun range at John Seiver trap and Skeet only? I am looking for a place to go to practice my shooting with it but dont want to shoot skeet or trap.

Yes, it is organized shootign only. You can shoot your shotgun on the benchrest line but that is sitting only and slow fire.

Might want to look at joining the Norris range. You can shoot how you want there. They have a 200 yard rifle range and a pistol range.

Another good thing about Norris is you don't have the attitudes like at John Sevier. Both the customers and some of the RSO's there have bad attitudes.

No norris i live near chattanooga. I was going to meet my buddy up there though and shoot. Prentiss Cooper doesnt allow shotguns. It looks like most places dont i dont know why. I gotta find some place down here near chattanooga to shoot.

If that's the case ill be selling it cuz it is useless to me if i can't shoot it.

At John Sevier they will let you fire a shotgun on the rifle range but only to pattern the thing. They last time I tried it they made a big production out of having to go setup the steel ring to hold the target.

After literally calling 10 places I finally found one that allows it. I'll be shooting there tomorrow.
