Howto carry my XD 40 Sub

Ok guys. I am coming to you for more opinions. I will be carring an XD 40 SC for a while , til I sale it, trade it, or just flat out buy a G 36, and I was wondering what you guys that carry one, carry it in. I am not a fan of In the Waist band holsters. I have a Don Hume 721 OT on the way but I am also thinking bout the Don Hume Small of Back hoster. Anyone use these for conceal carry or what do you use. Never found one that was a good fit. Plus buying a bigger belt and pants that are a size bigger......not really my thing. but, I am looking into a Desantis Top Cop. I think I will post a new thread bout it.

I guess it just comes down to personal preference- I like IWB carry because I basically don't have to make any changes to my wardrobe. I carried an XDSC in my Tucker Texas Heritage all the time back in NC, and had no trouble concealing it under a T-shirt. I also never needed to buy new pants- I just wore them a little higher on the waist. It doesn't take much to create space for a pistol...

As for the belt, IMO you should invest in a good gun belt regardless of how you carry. You'd be amazed at what a difference a good, strong belt makes in supporting the weight of a carry gun.

The Don Hume 721OT works well... I used one with the XD-SC I had, and a P239, and have no complaints. Expect to it require some time to break in though, they come tight.

I use a Comp-Tac C-Tac currently. I'm thinking about getting an M-Tac for comfort though. Both are IWB.
