Parking Lot Bill??

Recommended Posts

Page 18, 2nd column, 3rd bullet of the November 2011 American Rifleman in an article entitled "In the States Gun Rights are on the March" states "Indiana, Maine, North Dakota, Okalhoma, Tennessee and Texas passed laws to protect the rights of employees to store lawfully owned firearms in their cars while parked on employer-owned property". Am I not correct that the parking lot bill died and was there some other successful legislation?

But the NRA is never wrong...

The American Rifleman is a magazine put out by the NRA. It has writers and editors who obviously should have checked their facts a little closer. Mistakes happen.
