Yup, but from the videos I have seen a number of them fit the label.

heh, the flea party is pissed because their taxes went to bailing out banks. Socialized losses and all.

The tea party is pissed because their taxes went to bail out wall street and such.

So both sides are really pissed that the government does too much. But there is a huge difference in the protests. Everyone thinks that the tea party protesters didn't get hauled off because they were old, white and not hippies and assumes that the OWS protestors are malcontents or something.

The reason that the tea party folks didn't get hauled off isn't because their protest was less offensive or something, their protest didn't get screwed with because they had guns.

I'm not saying the second amendment guarantees the first but I will say that when I am exercising my first amendment rights I appreciate the second backing me up.
