Interesting Observation About Cain's Meet the Press Interview

Yep, there's a zero percent chance I'll vote for Romney, and I know quite a few conservatives who feel the same.

I have that same stance regarding the primary. However, if Romney wins the nomination, I will vote for him regardless of how I feel about him.

Come the general "presidential" election, I will disregard my principles and vote for whoever has a R behind their name.

That's why the press got McCain for us last time, because they are banking on Republicans

to stay at home. That's how they get their man elected. Odds typically work in their favor

when they see trends like the one some of us have adopted.

This is a clip I found on FoxNews. This is something they would never actually air but allow it to be seen online. It is basically political analysts speaking candidly about the corruption and games that are played to rule out a third party candidate like Cain. All at the round table seem to agree that Herman Cain would be a great choice but they point out that "the powers that be" wont allow it to happen because it ruins their political game. This is why it is soooo utterly important for us to rally for Cain and allow our voices to outweigh the influence of the political machine. It is possible, we just have to be motivated like never before...and quite honestly...after Obama's failure, I don't know how we couldn't achieve that motivation and grass-roots influence Cain needs to win the nomination.

I'm concerned that Cain's 999 plan will equal an appx 20% sales tax in Tennessee.

But in the end, I see no way any of the GOP candidates can beat Obama.

I will vote for Romney or Cain, but unless Obama decides to run for Leader of the World and resigns. He will win by a landslide.

That's an understandable concern but you have to dig deeper. Instead of looking at simply the 9% sales tax, delve deeper into the other two 9's (especially the last one) and research the impact they will have on the competitive market. All three 9's combined will actually implement the reality of lowerd prices. Yes, you will be paying more in taxes but the price of goods will be lower. Essentially you will pay the same (in consumer taxes) after 999 that you do now.

The only difference is that the debt will be worked down, corporations wedged in loopholes will have to pay taxes, spending will be reigned in, handouts and entitlements will cease, and the illegal immigration burden will be lifted. The federal government will be making more while spending less in order to gain stability in the Global Economy...not to mention Cain's commitment to end China's currency manipulation. The economy will boom for a bit then level out. When the leveling occurs, Cain's 2nd phase is the complete Fair Tax.

No payroll tax will enable more hiring, no taxes on second hand items like used cars will aid middle and lower class, and his plans to create incentives for buying and manufacturing American will grow jobs and increase our export revenue.

as far as Obama winning, don't give up so quickly;)

This is true but your fed income tax would be reduced to 9%.

I'm not saying the plan is great but I think it could work.

Yep, you'd end up paying less in taxes on most items.

It's amazing how much enthusiasm there is for Cain. It's too bad not many are as enthusiastic about Paul's plan, which really tackles the primary problem, federal spending. I read even Rush gave a shout out on Paul's plan. What do hear in the media and elsewhere? Total silence.

Paul - definitely

Santorum - although he ticks me off immensely when he mischaracterizes Paul's foreign policy, he would still be a maybe

Bachmann - maybe

Based on the most recent debate I need to revise my list. Santorum - No.

Man, I really like Cain, and he would defintely be one my yes list, but I just can't get past the 9-9-9.

Herman Cain will be on CNN tonight explaining his 999 and giving more information about himself. This is a link to a Forbes article explaining why Cain and 999 would be a great option for the US.

Why I Support Herman Cain For President - Forbes

Rep. Paul Ryan and Reagan's economist Art Laffer support his plan as well.
