What, you mean someone other than Jerry Mickuleck can shoot a revolver fast?.The hell you say, revolvers are obsolete,19th century technology. There is no way they can compare to a modern, plastic frame, light railed, night sighted, bayonet lugged, booker picking, butt wiping, uber tactical,AUTO.:)

Yeah. You go stand in front of that guy with your uber-tactical plastic sissy-gun.

THe only thing I wonder about is the position of the gun as he reloads. MY understanding (from Ed Lovette) is that it is better if the gun is pointed straight down, allowing gravity to help seat the bullets.

I was impressed not so much with his speed but his competance in handling the gun. With some practice anyone should be able to get similar results.

I'm surprised you had never seen that partial reload w/ a revolver. Notice I didn't say "tactical" reload. I try to avoid that word at all cost.

I've got another one for you: When fired, which revolvers (cylinder) turn which way (clockwise/counterclockwise)? It may sound like a silly question but, if your revolver is empty and you only have time to load 1 or 2 rounds, it is the difference between BOOM BOOM and click, click, click, click, BOOM BOOM.

I've never seen it because a) not too many people carry revolvers anymore and :) that requires extra rounds in loops on the belt. That isnt a bad idea, just not one I've seen.

As for cylinder turn, Colts move clockwise, Smiths and Rugers counterclockwise. I learned always load in the opposite direction of cylinder movement, for just the reason you mention.
