I tried it, couldn't find/figure out how to find people, deleted the app. It may very well be better than FB, but the interface is not as user friendly, IMO.

yea, i don't have many friends on there yet either. I even have a circle for TGO. I keep my guns away from my co workers. If you invite me to games, I will add you to a gaming circle. I don't do many game. I found a zombie game I play sometimes.

Weird. I added Eric's email in the search field and it asked me to enter his name in a drop down. I took a guess that his name was Eric (who'd thunk) and his profile popped right up.

I'm pretty sure Google would do just fine regardless if we signed up for a free service of theirs or not. How many of us own Android based phones? Use Google search on a daily basis? View or participate on YouTube? Whether you like it or not, Google has their fingers in a lot of pies, so unless you pretty much swear off the internet, you'll be using any one of their numerous services, directly or indirectly.

I have a stupid phone, not a smart one, I use Yahoo for search to avoid Google... but I have had to use YouTube occasionally for music charts... one outta three...
