Whats up everyone, i have a question. I have a uncle that may still have one of these

I'm thinking about seeing if he may sell it to me and if he does is there anything I should look out in terms of problems, issue etc?

There is a lot to know about Lugers. Takes years to learn it all. I know next to nothing but that one pictured is easily worth over $1k.

if it is operable it is probably worth at least 1500 maybe as much as 2500 depending on the year made.

Even Lugers that are inoperable and strictly parts guns can get near 1000

You need to take it or good pics of it to Sam Hill at the next gun show

I think my grandfather has one of these in his safe that he has probably never shot...just a safe queen like most of his stuff is.

when my ex father in law's house burned down there was a silver plated consecutive numbered pair with matching mags and real ivory grips in matching numbered white leather holsters in the closet. also the original belt BIG BUMMER
