Wasn't able to. Hope someone told Blackburn to read and understand a bill before voting it into law. (She voted for the law Gibson is being hammered with...)

As did Alexander the grate, who also co-sponsored this piece of excrement, I emailed him to take responsibility for enabling the Gibson raid, to introduce a bill to repeal Lacey, and to submit his resignation.

Was I too harsh? That's nothing compared to what will transpire if they come after my guitars.
