I'll probably buy a box or two, just to set on the shelf in the shop. I don't see it being anything more than a gimmick, but I love Hornady, and I love zombie killin' so the gimmick is working on me.

Just from a quick Googling, it seems someone at Hornady let slip about these since they were supposed to be kept under raps until November, at which point there is supposed to be an announcement from Hornady.

Wonder what their specs are... The tips look like the safety ammo that has a thin capsule with shot in the center.

For over $1 a shot, they darn well better be one shot.

Yes, it will probably mostly be about the box. As far as the price, about $1 per round seems pretty std for premium self defense ammo.

No kidding... Norinco M-14s for chhhhheaaaap! Not to mention how cheap those 10.5" ARs were. I wonder what Norinco quality os like these days. I had MAK-90 many moons ago and it was top notch (especially when set beside a lot of the Romy builds flooding the states right now).
