I am not sure if any of the Ruger Mini 14 owners on this site are aware of the new Archangel Sparta stock coming out any day now.....but man I can hardly wait. My Mini is one of my favorite rifles.....just crazy reliable do it all kind gun.....BUT never been a big fan of the stock or any of the currently available aftermarket stocks.....Until Now!

Check it out if you haven't seen it....they have a version for every model of Mini from past to present....they are going to make a fortune on this thing.

Retail will be $249, I am hoping street price will be around $199(based on their other stuff out there)

it is very SCARish.....a couple months ago they came out with a stock for the 10/22 that looks just like a HK G36...also very cool and in my future:)

I have one with traditional stock(in camo) with Scope but I also wanted one that I could drop in the dirt or in general just bang around without chewing up a wood stock, I want something uber durable with some real top mounting options....it looks like this will do the trick....also I talked to their development team and they are claiming the the stock improves the accuracy by 25% based on how it seats the actions and barrel....we shall see.

Certainly you can improve a rifle's action by either floating/bedding either/or receiver/barrel, but "25%" is some claim.

Oh, I can't fault ya for wanting to go UberTac on one of them. I have two Minis also, one wood, which I added scope and bi-pod, plus the "tactical" model, which isn't, just has polymer stock and shorter barrel really, which I left as it came out of the box. They are both recent vintage with the improved barrel, and both shoot plenty well enough for my expectations.

I got the Ruger PimpTac out of my system with one of my 10/22's, which I made into an UBART (Universal Bad Ass Rodent Terminator)

Definitely would like to see pics and a report once you get the thing.

My mini was tacticool when it came out of the factory. Now it looks more like OShoot's black one...

Wow guys - both of those look great. I will post pics as soon as I can get my hands on one of the stocks, I will also get it to the range and find out about their accuracy "Claims" and report back.
