Mounting question for a Weatherby Scope

I have a Weatherby Mark XXII scope with integral mounting rails currently attached to my Remington speedmaster .22 rifle. My question is, will this come right off and attach to a weaver rail on a rifle such as the Savage Mark II or are these scopes not compatable with any other type of mount?
