Got this little gem from Gary Wheeler

Differentially quenched O1 tool steel with micarta scales and a kydex neck sheath.

The little critter was used for a weekend primitive camping trip to make stakes, fire pit frame, tarp frame and camp choirs like food prep. It held the edge through all that and was just starting to loose the shaving sharp edge by the end of it all. A couple of strokes on a ceramic and it was back to hair popping.

Gary is a retired 5th Group MSgt. and American Bladesmith Society Journeyman Smith in Clarksville.
