Well I can not judge if it was justifide or not from just the article, if the statements are true nobody deserves that type of abuse period.

How many abused women kill or dismember their husbands when they want out of a marriage. When they shoot them while they sleep or while they're busy doing something else, I say they've planned to kill. I'm sorry but if I wanted out, I would simply leave. They say they fear for their lives if they run away, I say bull. The world is to big to be found if you don't want to be. There's always just one side of the story heard when the husbands die, easier for the jury to hear the truth I guess.
