Venison Chili Cook off 2011

Hey Folks so here we are we have talked about it now it's time to put up or shut up! I'm talking about a Venison Chili Cook-Off!

Location: TBD

Judges: TBD (but thinking about asking some Local Game Wardens to judge it. Face time is never a bad time since they are going to be the ones busting some of you).

What started off as a fun day I would like to turn into a charity event unless their are objections. Couple days ago there was a House Fire in Clarksville and the family lost everything. The Father received serious burns and is now legally blind. His wife along with their 4 children (12 yr. old boy, 8 yr. old boy, 7 yr. old boy, 3 yr. old girl) lost everything. They have asked for anything anyone is willing to donate for them.

That being said I would like to ask that those who would like to participate in this event please let me know so that we can

1. Gage interest

2. Plan accordingly

I would like to raise money for this family. If at all possible, I would like to open this up to the public somehow and find another other ways to turn a fun night with friends into a fun night we can help a family in need. I'm open to thoughts, criticism, or encouragement. Thanks
