Not sure if this is the right place to post this (Mods, please feel free to let me know if it is not), but I've noticed before how a lot of folks on here are looking for jobs, and I have a new position available in my department. I am currently recruiting for a QA Engineering Technician in the Chattanooga area. Min requirements for education is an A.A.S. in an Engineering Discipline (Preferably Mechanical, Electrical, QA / QC, or Manufacturing Engineering) or an A.S. in Pre-Engineering. I would also like to see experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically plastics. This position would report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager (me), and have 4 direct reports (Shift QA Inspectors) of their own. The pay starts somewhere at $35,700 to $40,000 range annually, completely dependent upon education and experience.

I am demanding, have a ridiculous attention to detail (described by some people as "anal" - tomatO / TomAHto), and expect my folks to set the example of excellence in our facilities. I am running an ad in the Chattanooga Paper this weekend, and probably on Career Builder, but thought I could give like minded folks a head start. Shoot me a PM if interested to talk more.

Any chance of relocation assistance?

Really depends on the person. I am willing to hire the best person for the job that I can find, regardless of location. Just thought I'd start in Chattanooga.
