PSA lowers slight problem

One slight problem I have seen with the PSA lowers (and it may not matter to some)

The hole for the grip screw is not tapped all the way. On the last 3 I have used from them the last 1/2 of threads was missing.

Not a big deal as a 1/4x28 tap is only like 4$

This is a problem when you try to use a set screw to remove some of the pre travel on the AR trigger.

Just thought I would give you guys a heads up on what i have found.

thanks Jeff....so far I have actually liked the fit and finish on them better then any of my spikes lowers(all the spikes had holes not quite lined properly and a lot of machining marks)

Some lowers aren't tapped all the way through. It's not just PSA. I think all of mine are. I only have one that uses a set screw for sear engagement.

Both of my my PSA lowers are tapped until about the last few MM. The grip screw snugs just about even with the shelf inside the receiver.
