Fail-Zero type coating.

I've been interested in geeting some parts coated. The Fail-Zero is a Nickel Boron plating, and I've heard there are other no lube coatings. I've had no luck finding Nickel Boron that wasn't a really high minimum order and Fail-Zero will only sell their parts. They don't sell the parts I want. Does anyone have any suggestions on other resources? I'm looking to get bolts, carriers, hammers, triggers, disconecters, gas pistons, ect... plated. Thanks.

For trigger and hammer I recommend the spikes tactical trigger it comes with a nib trigger and hammer. Joeboboutfitters has the best price on it at approx $55. Best price on a nib bcg complete is the rguns on aimsurplus for about $150 I have it and the spikes and can't tell much difference...however they do recommend doing the extractor upgrade...spring and o-ring. Hope that helps.

Cera Plate is a nickel boron coating like Fail Zero.

They have done work for me in the past, including plating an AR bolt and carrier. They recently plated the slide of my HK USP in Cera Plate and it looks great. Their work is top notch and affordable.

Robar NP3, used it for years on BCG, very slippery, easy to clean, the teflon is part of the finish, not just coated. so as it wears new teflon is exposed. life time warrenty.

wilson combat also uses it on all there bolts, and they have own finishes.
