Flash Hider Install Help - Murfreesboro

I was wondering if there is anyone in the Murfreesboro area with the right equipment for changing out my flash hider on my M4? (I have the new flash hider and crush washer)

I tried doing it myself without a vice and even with a cloth covering it put a nice nick in the finish. I called a local store and they said they'd charge me $20 just to change it out. I'm a little short on cash for more gun stuff so I could trade some ammo or a helping hand doing yardwork or whatever.

What upper is this? Length? If it is a 14.5 with a 1.5 flash hider it might be pinned

Jeff - its a 16. It has the regular A2 hider on it. I'm not sure what a '1.5 flash hider' is.

Thanks to a generous TNGO member(and his place of employment) I should be getting this done on Saturday!
