HCP Classes

Can somebody point me in the direction of a website that list the various places in the Knoxville area that offer the HCP Class?

Any store that sells handguns should be able to tell you. Coal Creek runs classes every week. On Target is good. Many people speak highly of the classes put on by Sgt. Mike Lett at the Sheriff's Dept. facilities.

Coal Creek Armory had a special for $60 for their class but I'm not sure if it's still going on. Normally they are $90.

On Target has their classes for $60 all the time I believe.

Knox County Sheriff's Office has one that a lot of people like but it's like $120.

Shooting For Women Alliance has a class that's pretty good and priced right if you have a female that needs one as well or you are female Contact Shooting for Women Alliance.

I would look at Gunny's since you're in Louisville. I took my HCP class there for $85. It looks like they are doing only weekend classes this month.

I took mine through Pellissippi State 2years ago, thought it was a good course. I took an advanced class later that year from PSTCC as well. Enhance your personal safety through non-credit courses at Pellissippi State | Marketing and Communications

Frontier Firearms has them for $60 I believe. I took mine at Gunny's several years ago. Instructor was god-awful. Hopefully they've replaced him since then.

Don't think I've heard of Knoxville's Gander having classes. If they do, I'm not sure where they go for the range portion.

+1 For Frontier. I took mine there. I'm not a coal creek fan. Frontier is worth the drive IMHO. Just got mine in the mail Tues, need to do the "Waly Walk" when I get a holster (being a lefty hurts sometimes).
